QFS ASSET MANAGEMENT, L.P. is a leading asset management firm whose investment programs are based on fundamental economic analysis and employ a rigorous systematic approach and methodology. An affiliate was founded in 1988. Today, QFS employs approximately 40 individuals and has a total AUM of $1.9 billion as of 4/1/12. (Included in our calculation of AUM are assets for which QFS provides risk/overlay management services and assets for which QFS provides risk advisory services.) In April 2011, QFS Asset Management, L.P. acquired Cenario Capital Management, an asset management firm focused on providing innovative risk management solutions. The acquisition provided QFS with greater capability in servicing its clients, both in terms of providing a more consultative approach to advising its clients on asset allocation and risk management, as well as client communication.
