QFS ASSET MANAGEMENT, L.P. ("QFS") is a leading asset and risk management firm that employs a rigorous systematic approach and methodology. An affiliate of QFS was founded in 1988 by Sanford J. Grossman, PhD. Following an acquisition of Cenario Capital Management in April 2011, the firm is led by Karlheinz Muhr (CEO). Dr. Grossman is Chairman. The firm currently employs 40 professionals and, together with Cenario, manages approximately $2.2 billion in assets from its Greenwich, CT headquarters.

Includes programs offered by both QFS and Cenario. Latus Capital Management, LLC, d/b/a Cenario Capital Management (“Cenario”), was acquired by QFS in April, 2011. Cenario is a Registered Investment Adviser. Asset s Under Management (“AUM”) includes approximately $1.5 billion managed by QFS and $657 million managed by Cenario as of June 1, 2011, each of which is separately reported on their respective Form ADV. AUM includes principals’ investments and proprietary capital.
